This 2 Bedroom cabin sleeps up to 4 guests in 1 king bedroom and 1 queen bedroom, featuring a cozy living room featuring a gas fireplace, large A-frame windows, a dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen.

The newly constructed side patio boasts a private hot tub, a bistro dining table around the gas grill, perfect for relaxing. Smoky Oaks is ideal for two separate couples or a family of four, making it a top choice for a romantic cabin rental near Pigeon Forge or a quick family trip. For larger group cabin rentals, pair it with our neighboring cabin, Whispering Oaks, which accommodates up to six guests.

The Basics
• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
• *Pets are NOT allowed in our properties.
• Do Not Arrive to property prior to your approved check-in time.
• No smoking, house parties, blocking driveways, damage, excessive noise, or disturbing neighbors.

Payment Schedule
We recognize that planning a trip can be stressful, so we want to ease your mind by breaking up the payments! If your booking is less than 120 days prior to check-in, the deposit will be 75% due at time of the booking instead of what s listed below. If booking within less than 60 days of your stay, payment is due in full at time of booking. We are happy to consider alternative payment plans. Please contact our guest service team at 865-722-7667 to discuss further.

Cancellation Policy
We recognize that plans can change unexpectedly, which is why we have designed our cancellation and travel credit policy to offer you flexibility and peace of mind. For more information on our cancellation policy, please click here. To further ease your travel concerns, we provide the option to add travel insurance at the time of booking.

Check-in and Check-out policy:
We offer early check-in at 2PM for a $50 fee, subject to availability. If you require check-in earlier than 2PM, we recommend booking the previous night to guarantee access. In the event that the property is not ready by 2PM due to unforeseen circumstances, the early check-in fee will be refunded. You must request early check-in at least 24 hours before arrival.
We also offer a late check-out of 11AM for a $50 fee, subject to availability.

Guest Communication
Guests receive a booking confirmation text message that includes a reservation rental agreement for review and signature. Once the rental agreement has been submitted guests will be directed to a Welcome Book complete with important check-in details, cabin information and noteworthy local attractions. The Welcome Book will be resent via text message and email 24-hours prior to arrival.
